MUZN processes and ships orders within Bahrain only. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Delivery Options

1. Express Delivery (BHD 5)
   Delivery within 1–24 hours.

2. Standard Delivery (BHD 2)
   Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items are excluded from the delivery timeframes above.
Estimated delivery times for pre-orders will be stated on the product page or communicated to the customer separately.

Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We may contact you to verify details before dispatching an order.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. MUZN is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delays and Force Majeure

MUZN is not liable for delays caused by couriers, traffic conditions, weather, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery

If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect details, re-delivery may require an additional fee.
